IT Governance is the responsibility of the Board and of the executive management. It is an integral part of the Corporate Governance of the company and consists of leadership aspects, organizational structures, processes that ensure that the IT organization is supportive and is an instrument of the company's strategy and objectives. 1. IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT
IT Service Management, that is the efficient and effective management of IT Services according to the best best practices and market standards such as ITIL®, COBIT® and ISO / IEC 20000.

2. DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
Specifically, Npo Sistemi takes care of redesigning the client's business offer to make it more competitive thanks to digital technologies. We aim to re-invent the Customer Experience, operational processes and business models, creating new connections between people, places and things.
3. and 4. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Then there are two areas dedicated to Project Management, in both cases we plan to respect the client's needs and the parameters set by these two project approaches: "Classic" Project Management (Prince2®, PMBOK®) and Project Management based on Agile (Lean IT®, Agile, DevOps)
5. IT SOURCING
Npo provides methods and techniques for the effective management of supply management and related purchases. In this sense, NPO can deal with the structure, creation and management of the contract, as well as with the coordination of suppliers, or with the definition of the management of the policies on the latter. We then support the Customers also in managing the effectiveness of existing contracts.
6. ACADEMY
The Academy service aims to train and support professionals and teams through specific courses. It is about offering a path of continuous improvement, integrating the change in the organization.
